2. Grace Conference Rate: (BEFORE 12/19. Including tax, breakfast and parking)
   
   • 1-Queen Studio with Sofa Bed: $83 per night
   • 2 Bedroom Queen Suite (each room with a Queen bed): $112 per night
3. The rate is valid from 12/27 to 12/30/2025
4. If cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged.
5. To make changes to existing breakfast reservations, please contact us BEFORE 12/8.
